All you need is a bike and a turbo trainer (or any indoor bike), and an internet connection. We'd also recommend you bring a towel, because it gets sweaty!
These are interval sessions, meaning that there will be hard efforts and recovery periods. But of course, you can work as hard as you want to. There is no pressure to be as fast as everyone else, because we're all dialling in from our own houses.
