Zoom into a 60 minute strength and conditioning session led by a British Triathlon Level 3 Coach.
After a warm up, we will do some guided strength exercises, followed up by some quicker conditioning work to really get the heart rate up.
You will need to provide your own weights, but the session is adaptable according to what you have - kettle bells or dumbbells are great, but a rucksack filled with heavy books will also work. Set up your laptop or tablet, and off we go.
Gareth will talk you through the session, and you can manage your own effort according to your ability.
