You’ve completed your first Half Ironman distance triathlon. Now you want to have another go, push yourself harder and see how fast you can go. This plan will help you to work on speed and stamina, and peak at the right time.
(A Half Ironman triathlon - sometimes known as Middle Distance - is typically a 1900m open water swim, followed by a 90km bike and a 21.1km run.)

For £19.99, you can pay and go. We will give you a free Training Peaks account, upload the plan onto your account, and you are good to start your training.
For £39.99, we will personalise the plan to your needs. This includes a 45 minute phone call to establish your current level of fitness, your training preferences, and any logistical difficulties that life may throw in your way. Then we will tailor the plan to your needs, and upload to Training Peaks as above.
For £149.99, we will enrol you in our three month Kick Start Programme. This involves a full diagnostic initial meeting, a unique plan written for your specific needs, and ongoing coaching throughout the three month training period. To learn more about our Kick Start Programme, click here.
